NBA To Officially Release Schedule On Aug. 6

All I ask is that the Blazers aren't given the second night of a BTB in Denver again. I think three of the past four visits by the Blazers here have been on the 2nd night. I get tickets for the game only to see them run out of gas sometime in the 1st quarter.

That's the toughest regular back to back in the NBA!

Agreed. I actually think it's grossly unfair to have the 2nd night of a back to back in either Denver or SLC. The altitude really is a killer if you're not used to it.

Re: Trail Blazers 2013-14 Schedule

Split season tickets 4 ways, and he'll understand. :)

I have my first 'game draft' this year. Got in on 1st level baseline seats when someone dropped out of a group. I have the #2 pick, which means Miami is going to be out of the question unless the #1 pick guy is on vacation. Of course, he can always take that game and sell the tickets, too, which would be a pretty good idea.

I'm leaning toward either a Clipper or OKC game with my first pick.

Have you been a season ticket holder before? They may still put the Lakers in the same tier as Miami. If so then you can trade the Lakers for Miami if they have inventory. Would not be shocked though if they have Miami as the only A tier team this year with a B group of the Clippers, OKC, Houston, New Jersey, Lakers, and Boston. Not for sure what the Lakers and Boston sell for this year though.

I dunno....reminded me of the tickets "draft" scene from this movie. :)

Tim, I've never heard of that movie, but the trailer is awesome.

OK, mook and Boise, now's your chance. You going? Anybody else in here living in Idaho?

For $15 that's a nice bargain. I'm in (assuming I'm not traveling.)

Re: Trail Blazers 2013-14 Schedule

Assuming I'm back, I guarantee I will be at the @ORL game. Anyone up for a meet? I might even buy an adult beverage or two...

You mean (gasp!) the Blazers will open the season against a team they've played before? How fiendishly clever!

Odd. Blazers play back to back home games on the 6th and 7th of December.

I'm not fully aware of what all the teams look like heading into the new season, but Nov looks like a cake walk! Always nice to get a game in early against a potentially strong team that is integrating new personnel (HOU) - would be the best time to steal a game against them. Though it looks like chances are high that we'll end the season with two losses.
Could be another season where an easy early schedule gives false hope, and then March takes the wind out of our sail.

5 out of the last 6, and 6 of the last 8 are at the RG.

Could help if the team is fighting for playoff seeding.

I can see us going 18-0 to close out the season.

really sucks only one clipper game in LA...and its on a wed.

nice. Miami Heat at the rose garden on Thanksgiving Weekend.

Does anyone know if it will be possible to watch Blazer games at the coast....even in a sports bar on NBATV?

I like the multiple 6pm starts for Sunday games. Should be able to take my family to all of them.

Also like them putting the game in Indiana on a Friday. Am going to try to hit that game, then fly to Minny for the back to back that Saturday.

I like that start time as well on Sundays. I think i'll be able to take my daughter to her first Blazer game this year :)

Only having the Clips and Grizz once on the road helps our playoff hopes, but Dallas and the Lakers only once at the RG hurt. Will see how many Laker fans show up in March when they are in full tank mode.

Wonder if this will be the first year and I can't get top dollar for my Laker tickets? :)
