Wow. Anybody watching the post-game show on NBA TV? The commentators are raving about Lillard's game like he's the second coming of Chris Paul. Isiah Thomas, who knows a thing or two about playing point guard, says he expects Lillard to only get better and better in the coming years.

Nice to see Lillard getting so much love from the national media.

Lillard on nba.com tv. "I have a lot of respect for the other guards in the league. Chris Paul is probably the best pg in the nba. I just want them to show me why they are and I will show them what I got."

Isaiah Thomas said "I want you on my team!"

Yeah I watched the love fest! It was awesome

Isiah? Really?

Meh, premature jock elation. ;)

weird, the NBAtv I was watchign was talking about the Warriors game. Maybe it was before the blackout ended.

btw, can the NBA kill the blackout rule? This isn't 1989.

I. Hate. You!

Something about no need for green font? :)

What are you talking about? Lillard IS a fucking stud PG legend. In fact he's probably the last PG before Lillard who played this well as a rookie.

Right. Every NBA commentator raves about Lillard's attitude and confidence. I thought it was pretty impressive when Isiah Thomas started speaking to Lillard and Lillard's expression didn't change one bit. He didn't seem at all impressed that a Hall-of-fame point guard was praising his game.

Apparently, my sarcasm was lost on you.

Sorry.

Someone better call Doc Brown.

Tell me about it! Lillard may become the best pg in the game. He is seriously "stone cold".

As much as I love Lillard, I can't see him being better (in the long run) than Kyrie "Aussie" Irving.

We need to end this Lillard experiment.

Not to piss in anybody's cheerios, but Isiah the personnel guy leaves a lot to be desired ... if he's right about Lillard it's sort of like the broken clock being right twice a day.

Yeah, like $11.6mil worth.....from the likes of Anucha Browne Sanders. ;)

I think most of you are missing the bigger picture here. Thomas said he wanted him on his team, which can only mean Thomas will soon be GM of the Blazers, and we will become the laughing stock of the league again.
