NEOTOKYO - Free Steam Mod

You guys should check out this tactical FPS called NEOTOKYO.

NT is a mod that uses the SDK engine (Counter-Strike: Source, Half-Life 2, etc.) and combines a first-person shooter with a tactical "slow-paced" aspect. You don't want to aimlessly rush in this game!

NT uses Steam, a game client, to launch and takes a couple of minutes to download. Did I mention the game is completely free?

If you have a PC that is capable of handling the minimum amount of graphics, check this out.
