With a 9-4 road record. Tied with the 23-5 Lakers. Only Boston, Cleveland, and Orlando have a better road record. And the Cavaliers are only 1 game better (10-4).

If only they played nearly as good at home. They would be the #2 seed in the East behind Boston and the #3 team in the NBA after New Orleans.

If only, if only.

Hey, it's a promsing future to when we have a sold out building.

If we could only have a .500 record a home we'd be set :(

pretty amazing road record compared with those other teams haha...they will come around at home..i see home victories vs. Charlotte and Chicago to round out the year...pretty soft home schedule for the first few weeks of January too.

since the nets can't change the schedule, maybe they can have the teams comming in wear their home whits jerseys, and the nets wear their away uniforms at the swamp.

yeah, i noticed that today too, but

how does playing nearly as good at home make us leapfrog 2 teams with better road records than us?

If they were also around 9-4 at home, they'd be ~26-8 give or take a couple wins/losses. That would be good enough to be the third best record in the League.

I think we tried that, lol. Opening night against the Warriors, we were wearing our road jerseys and still got creamed.

But we did wear our road jersey on 12/14/07 and beat the Cavs, so maybe you're onto something and this year's opening night was a fluke.
