Well this is just a preseason game but we get our first look at both teams. Since this is just a preseason game we shouldn't really expect it to be game with starters playing major minutes.

In this game we are pretty much looking to see how young players from both teams have developed and if they can compete with the best of them. The Nets get their first look at rookie point guard Marcus Williams, who is considered by few the steal of the draft, shooting guard Hassan Adams, center Illic. They also get to see how second year man Antoine Wright develpoed, and to see if point guard Jay Williams still has game.

The Pacers have a totally revamped team, so they may play their starters a little longer to see how they play toghether. But they will also be looking on how rookie small foward James White turns out to be, as well as rookie Shawme Williams. Also shooting guard Marquis Daniels, who was aquired from Dallas, is also wanting to prove how well he can play and wants to make a run at being the sixth man. Also second year man, Danny Granger, may also have something to prove, as the Pacers invested all that money in Harrington.

All in all its our first look at the teams. Nothing is really on the line, but for a prediction I say Pacers by about 10, just because their bench runs deeper.

Great preview jefferson! This was your first one right? Good job! You did great, but the only thing I may tweek up a bit is to do a more indepth review of both teams (more strengths and weakness) But seeing its only a preseason game, I'm not sure you could have really gone in detail much. Good job! Keep this up!

It is a good thing but I don't want posters to feel they have to make the preview much longer. Some of us have school or work and we just don't have time to type up a long preview.

- Add information such as Time, TV
- Avoid using yellow, it's hard to read
- Smaller pictures of the starters will work much better
- Organization is key
- Though unnecessary, stats can help

alright i was gunna add the time but i was like its only pre season and its not on tv, so it wont matter, and the reason i used yellow was because the pacers color is yellow

Carter is not playing antoine wright started

score is 28-30 rite now Pacers(30), its the 2nd qrt.

Antoine Wright has 11 points and a rebound in 12 shooting 3-3 5-7 from the line.
Moore has 2 poitns and a rebound in about 3 min.
Jay Williams has 2 points and a board in 3 min
Marcus Williams in 8 min has 0 points 2 reb and a assist

Kidd is either struggling or not playing many minutes. He's only been in for 10 minutes and having a bad game. I think they are letting Jay Williams and Marcus Williams play and see how they play in the NBA level.

Wright with 23 points. Kidd isn't shooting well and neither is Hassan. It's good that this is a preseason game.

Btw, this bad shooting might have to do with the new ball.
