Nets scout second round candidate

Texas paper reports "scouts from the Miami Heat and the New Jersey Nets were in attendance to watch Corpus Christi center Chris Daniels."

Daniels, a 23-year-old seven footer, doesn't seem like the kind of guy the Nets would take in either round, more like training camp invite.
