Nets Waive Stromile Swift

The Associated Press is reporting that New Jersey has waived athletic forward Stromile Swift.

Swift averaged 3.8 points and 2.2 rebounds while playing 10.7 minutes per game in 2008-2009.

He's going to the suns. Hope it works out for him. The nets don't really need him with all the talented bigs they already have. Plus its cap relief for the off season.
