When are the nets becoming the brooklyn nets?

I think after they move to Brooklyn they wont be the Nets anymore, but I heard that the deal is done and they are moving but doesnt it take time to build an arena or does Brooklyn already have one?

^^ Yeah, i remember that commercial, something about how other buldings werent it great shape, like medical and schools, and that they should tend to that first.

Exactly, those commercials run alot on local NY/NJ tri-state channels. The Sale of the Nets to Bruce Ratner has been approved but not the move to Brooklyn. Ratner still has to take his proposal to NY goverment & real estate officals in charge of allowing for such building and the move. When Ratner goes in front of those boards & commissions that where he will feel the affects of the protest and commercials. But at the end of the day more times then not money talks. And Ratners money allows him to do alot of talking. So if the move is approved it is expected to take place around 2008.

Brooklyn Nets... I don't know, still can't get a feel for that, they should get a new name.

i think brooklyn is a bad move ive said that many times the knicks and the nets are already rivals and now theyre goin to move the nets into rival territory thats just wrong also ive been reading that RJs a big drinker which leads me to suspect that hes gonna end up with some big problem in like 5-6 yrs from now i really think its true but he needs to stop acting like hes 18 hes 24 he needs to grow up and clean up his act i heard that hes at club seude a lot too

i agree i think brooklyn is an iffy move. and now with the nets recent problems why would brooklyn still want the team? i guess theyll be getting a new team alright.

this is the first i heard rj was a drinker but since you seem to be a fam with your name and favorite player list i consider you credible.

btw have you seen rjs new nike comercial i think that is dope.

yeah i saw once during 106&park its awesome the dunk at the end is the best
i read that he also lies a lot and treats women badly like cheating and things
