Leave it to a republican to waste his time proposing a useless bill like this when we are facing so many more serious issues.

I think wallstreet needs less regulation . . . and really while we are at it, we should let banks do whatever the hell they want.

i love when people try to pretend that "deregulation" was the problem.

I agree. Let banks loan to customers who they believe can actually repay their loans. Don't have Congress pressure them into making loans to people who have no hope of paying it back. Furthermore, let them know that if they fail, there will be no bailout for them. If you want to see a bank act responsibly, let them know they're responsible for their own future with no handouts.
