lol. They have so many people who need to be impeached they can’t get to him. There are so many fuckers in place Democrats can’t get around to Kavanaugh.

I would assume, somebody (s) has to sign off on an article before its published? If not then the editor should be held accountable for mistakes of the press.
Sure it could be board of directors or even share holders putting on pressure, but in most cases their is a chain of command.
With all the legal risk that Corporations have they usually make it very clear as to where the buck start and stops. If someone files a law suit for discrimination for example they can hold not only the person being accused but the manager and/or Company if certain policies and procedures were not followed.

So....there is a new show on Netflix called ‘Unbelievable’, I watched the entire season this weekend. I wish every man would watch it. I think it’s be a wake up call for many.

Wonder why nobody didn't say it didn't happen and instead "friends" said that she didn't recall it. That sounds like Jeff Sessions and several others brought before congress and continually used the "I don't recall" response when questioned. Not exactly a ringing endorsement to convince anyone that it didn't happen. Further investigation seems to be in order. :bgrin:
 
Kavanaugh more than likely was a pig in college. He most probably had his way with women(rape) and exposed himself, among other lewd and terrible shit.

But, it all happened so long ago and there is little to no evidence against him. In either of the cases against him. Ford's attorney admitted Ford had an ulterior motive for her accusations. The newer victim doesn't remember the encounter. It is going to take a solid case to take him down.

As much as I want to see him go down, this accusation won't be enough. Ford wasn't enough and she was pretty convincing to many. Kavanaugh is not going to just fold under the pressure. He didn't in his confirmation hearing, though he came off looking pretty bad. But professing his love of beer and getting emotional over his friend Squi aren't enough. It sucks, but it is what it is.

That said Senator Coons did send a letter to the FBI at the time of the hearing saying he had knowledge of another accusation. The FBI ignored him and didnt respond. That could open an avenue for Dems to get another shot a bringing down Kavanuagh.

Come on, you heard Ford. She was pretty damned convincing to me. I just don't see her, as a professor, having any ulterior motive.

I didn't say she wasn't. She was convincing to me too. I am saying its he said she said. Her lawyer said part of the reason Ford came forward was to stop the Supreme court from illegalizing abortions and impeding womens rights. That doesn't mean or prove what she said happened didn't happen. But, it hurts the strength of her case.

I don't think there is enough to take Kavanaugh down. I think he is guilty as all hell. We need more evidence and witnesses.

That's not a motive to impugn the reputation of a Supreme Court Justice. That's more like a side benefit.
No, she really has no motive to lie while he has a huge reason to lie.
