Just watching him take it to Kyrie last night, just blew me away. I don't think I've been giving him his deserved props. Was blown away at his numbers compered to the All-Star/Olympian Irving.... I know CJ is officially a SG, but he has the ball in his hands as much as any PG in the game. Very impressed is The HCP!

CJ comes across as so nice in the media and in person, but he has some dog in him when it comes to on the court action. I love that.

Has that calmness to him. Kinda like B roy. Crafty. What can anybody dislike about his game

Oh, he's got the calmness. But behind the scenes you can kind of see him jaw and toy with opposing players. It is needed.

"Dame is our only starter level player"-- You

I like the mix of the two personalities of dame and cj. Both quiet. Cj cometimes mouths off to people he is roasting and then you see things like the other night when dame was tired of russells shit

I believe I said that in the fall before CJ had ever started a game. How stupid of me to not see McCollum was going to put up Kyrie numbers, how foolish am I? Come on ClownTown, your'e fishing now....how's that 64 win prediction treatin ya?

Nope, since C.J. started 4 games his second season, including the 1st playoff game against MEM, the fall before he ever started a game would have been the fall of 2014. At that time we had FIVE quality starters (Lillard, Aldridge, Wes, Batum and RoLo).

Nope you said it four times in the fall of 2015, including twice on October 29 2015, the day after he scored 37 in the season opener against NOP:

What does this mean? We DO only have 1 quality NBA starter!

Whatever...... we have one player who could start for other teams was my point.

Since he had also scored 33 in Game 5 of the MEM series, you were saying C.J. was not a quality starter after he'd averaged 35 points in his two most recent games.

Glad to see you've come around.

Imagine CJ doing this on the east coast. He'd be a lock for all star in the east on a big market team.

I ate my CJ crow early in the season...he's playing great and seems to be making an effort to defend...impressive 4 blocks last game.

And I'm sure Dame would have won or been a runner up to MVP by now.

You didn't think his performance in the Memphis series would carry over? One of the best defenses in the league, featuring two of the best perimeter defenders, it's only hope for slowing him down was eventual fatigue.

He's probably thinking, "Damn those archives."

I honestly thought he did that to Memphis because they were so keyed in on Dame and LA that series. The Grizz were going to let ANYBODY else shoot except them and CJ got hot. Never in my wildest dreams did I think he would do what he's doing.

CJ is going to hand us a three game winning streak

Understandable, but I saw Memphis trying really hard to slow CJ down and having no answers. It's one thing to have the hot hand and be ignored, but another thing entirely to be able to elude the defense.

CJ has shot the ball really well over the recent stretch....hopefully he can keep it up..Crabbe too....if we have that punch, we'll win our share of games

CJ McCollum has now scored 25+ points in eight straight games which is the second longest streak in the NBA this season -- Russell Westbrook had 10.

CJ has shot the ball really well over the entire year

FIFY he's been the model of efficiency all year long. He is as deadly of a scoring weapon as they come in the NBA. In my eyes he has surpassed dame in everything but passing.

disagree with this...he's getting better at sharing the ball but overdribbling early in the season didn't get other guys many touches on offense..I'm glad that's changed a bit and CJ has improved across the board, but early on he was our worst defender....I define efficiency all year long differently I guess but now...he's vastly improved his total game...he could always create his own shot
