My cousin knows how to do that. He did it a few years ago (he used to play baseball until he was hurt.. he can throw it in the mid 80s early 90s). We were playing catch and he said he was going to throw his fastball, so when he wound up and was in his motion and I ditched so I didn't die but he did that instead. It was crazy.

It's a standard overhand delivery. I don't know how this game does it, but if it's anything like the Video then they did it wrong. El Duque throws one that usually just hits the Corner of the Strike Zone at 52 miles per hour.

It's a really cheap pitch, but it's sweet.In my Twins franchise, Rick Anderson taught Pat Neshek how to throw an eephus. It was only a 6 overall (on a rating from 0 to 100.. 100 being the best) but it's still sweet and I could throw it the whole time and the batter would never hit it (at least no one has yet.. I'm too scared to throw it each time cause if he hits it.. there's a HR). Neshek's usually is 39 MPH.. but that's really slow compared to real life. Like you said El Duque's hits in the 50s, and Casey Fossum's is the same.There's Tadano throwing an eephus. His isn't as good as El Duque's though.
