New Obama book has 2nd-term plan

Faced with persistent calls for more detail about what a second term would look like, President Barack Obama on Tuesday released a glossy, 20-page repackaging of the plans he has announced on subjects from energy to education.

Obama planned to unveil the booklet, “The New Economic Patriotism: A PLAN FOR JOBS & MIDDLE-CLASS SECURITY,” at an event in Delray Tennis Center in Delray, Fla.

This story raises two things in my mind.

First, after all this time claiming Romney has no plan, no details, etc., Obama finally comes out with his with 2 weeks left in the campaign? Pot. Kettle. Black.

Second and more important to me is the bit I bolded and underlined. WTF is "economic patriotism?" Sounds National Socialist to me. Literally parsing the words here. "Be patriotic! Contribute more to the Fatherland."
