What are you suggesting?</p>
My favorite all-time Nets' forum slogan was "Jason Collins and 4 other guys".</p>
Still cracks me up. Oh wait, that was favorite suggestion. Never got enough votes to go up.

The current slogan is classic. A lot of the Nets members here posted on another site and the whole "post with no pants" thing was brought up during the entire summer league games. The announcers for the games even mentioned it in some of the emails we sent them. Hilarious.

The current slogan sucks. 1) it's juvenile and 2) it was meant as a dis by two of the most boring sportscasters ever, Magic employees who were working a SUMMER LEAGUE game seen on the internet, not even on television. It's the worst thing about this board.</p>
Nets have one of the greatest players to ever step on a court, two Olympic gold medal winners, guys who have made the NBA All-Star game 15 times, etc., etc. and the best anyone can come up with is We Post Without Pants? </p>
Going for Gold, Ratner's Rats, Bound for Brooklyn but not happy about it, Frank's Folly, Kidd Talk, Waiting for Bynum...ANYTHING. </p>

The magic announcers didn't come up with it, I'm pretty sure KC did, and then L took it global. Say what you want about the Nets, but that saying is what puts 'us' (us posters) on the global level. Not that I actually care that much, but thats certainly a fair defense for it.</p>
If we're gonna change it, lets at least let KC get his internet back and put in his two cents. We at least owe him that I think?</p>

I can't believe this is a serious discussion. I'm sorry, but there is nothing wrong with being silly. Life is hard and way too serious as it is. I come here to relax, have fun, and be silly when i want to. You probably got upset when Red Barber talked about gardening.
