^^^lol...gotta love how they spin the SNF demise all on Kaepernick...talk about "fake news"...yeah, it has nothing to do with competition, time slots, and more importantly, the increase in streaming media as opposed to network TV.

Hold On Lillie. H0w can the Ravens be in two places at the same time? We are playing the despicable, vile, contemptuous, low life blood sucking, vamp pack Cincinnati ________________ (Fill in the blank) Lovely weather out there now. Want to sit in a cold seat and drink $12 cold beer in M & T? The Ravens marketing team is handing out flashing 2018 glasses to those who brave the wintry conditions.

Wowie-wow-wow wow...

Those new shades I've got to be worth the price of admission. They might even be worth the price of an airplane ticket from LA to Baltimore, and a ticket to the game, not to mention and Arctic outfit to Brave the elements...!! :smiley-sun:

The Browns have got to hate this schedule!

The Browns :doh: :nerd::roflmao:

wtf, a decade of a shitload of 1st round QB draft picks, and they've nothing to show for it. Not since their inception as a new franchise, has a team stunk so bad since: -

Since 1944, only four teams have gone winless in the NFL for an entire season:
  • 1960 Dallas Cowboys (0–11–1),
  • 1976 Tampa Bay Buccaneers (0–14),
  • 1982 Baltimore Colts (0–8–1)
  • 2008 Detroit Lions (0–16).

Add de' browns to this list.....:smiley-pat: :nerd: I bet you couldn't pay the great Jimmy Brown to step on 1st Energy Field, not for a Silverado w/a bed full of gold....

when I think of the browns, this comes to mind-

:shitstorm::smiley-muha::smiley-predaja: :smiley-pray: :smiley-puke:

pick either one-
appropos new Icon/Emblem for de brownies....

I am going to blacken the Ravens logo eyeball and put a white cross over it indicating their death. They just ice picked their fans again!!!!!!!!.IMG_2436Dead Raven.JPG

Adam Schefter reports that Jon Gruden will be the next Raiders Coach.
They have the small matter of paying off terminated Jack Del Rio (who doesn't mind) who was resigned to a 4 year extension. Great business acumen...eh! I like Gruden and would invite him to any soiree I create.

Matts....Did the Elon Musk space X rocket touch down in your backyard?

I don't mean to sidetrack this OP, but..... You asked for it, lmao....

Not this one, they decided not to reclaim it, rather recovered it from the Ocean, never to be reused again. Due to several prior flights using that Stage 1 rocket, Space X determined to not do a landing/recovery of the stage I rocket....

The launch from Vandenberg was spectacular, (which is almost out our backyard, above Tehachapi Mt.) - shortly after sunset, clearly seen well in the Mojave, all the way to Tucson east, to San Diego south.

One video (2), I've posted was taken from a moving car on the LA freeway, resulting in a horrid car crash, as peeps peered into the sky, not paying attention to cars; heavy traffic in front of 'em....(the nerve of the YouTube video person who posted the crash): "Maybe Elon should choose a better time to launch". How about keeping one's eyes on the road, or pulling off the freeways to star gaze; as any time of day or night is going to result in idiots driving while looking into the sky.....

Here's a great time lapse video of the 12/22/017 launch. So Cal's 911/LAPD/LASD/FAA switchboards lit up, with reports of UFO sightings. Same thing happened when the B2 made it's maiden flight over Los Angeles, 10's of thousands of callers....

Those recoveries all occur at or near KSC, on land or on a barge in the Atlantic near KSC... Quit a phenomenal sight to see, both launches and recovery's....

blows my mind to see a recovery....

blows my mind even more, that Musk spent less than 700 Million $$ to do what NASA stated would take 3.6 Billion to do themselves.....
When Musk first broke into the Space business, I thought he was missing a few marbles for his brave new approach to old failed ideas, of which he has proven otherwise to be successful stories. History is re-written daily... !

See, I knew you were the guy to ask.

this Pic was taken from Victorville, 40 mile S.E. from EAFB in t/Mojave...approximately 150 miles from VAFB...
socalspacexvafblaunch.jpg

and pics from Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm and Sea World/San Diego, all approx 175-280 miles away. Tucson to VAFB, = 650 miles.

Distance by air from t/Mojave to VAFB = approximately 100 miles... a incredible great visual from here.

It's great to see Space X utilizing VAFB. The 70's were the Golden era for VAFB Rocket Launches, all visible here.

Some may not know this: (I'm sounding like Trump eh?)
VAFB was re-configured with a new launch pad for Space Shuttle Orbital Flights. After OV-099 Challenger's disaster, all VAFB STS OV flights were cancelled. Billions of $$$ were spent to create/build the launch pad, and OLF facilities for shuttle flights. VAFB's OV launch complex was several Billion $$$ in lost costs. (OV's, i.e. Orbital Vehicles), (STS- Space Transportation Systems, for Manned Space Flight)...

great article. I should of created a new post for this, ok, ok, back to the Not For Long lg.

and oh PS- since so many peeps called in UFO sightings, they didn't publish or broadcast this epic stunning Giant Flying Lippizanner in the sky following the Space X Falcon 9....

I have an announcement to make. I no longer will be a rabid Baltimore fan. The O's fade and the Ravens stab us. I am now joining the YANKEES fans', as my son had always wanted me to be.thsadium.jpg
