Just another example of why the hundreds of thousands of morons who have no clue and were bashing the McDonagh trade will look stupid very soon. Kid has been basically one of the top defenseman under Dahlen for years as a prospect starting with the WJC's. Plus they got Howden and at least a 1 and 2. Plus they got a good player for a lazy dog in Miller. That trade is going to look brilliant for us soon. If Hajek is a top 4 defenseman with offense, it's a steal already. I had no interest in the team paying McDonagh 8 million. Really good Ranger. Classy guy but business is business.

Sounds like he'll be a solid 2nd pair dman for a long time. Lindgren a # 4/5 type dman. And the wildcard is Rykov. 2nd pair, 3rd pair, stay in Russia...he the unknown for sure.
