Agent just leaked that Aldridge did not make it as a All-Star reserve. Possible he may get on as Stern's replacement for Yao.

No source, just joined, # of posts: 1

I'm skeptical

Would not be a surprise to see him left out. If I see Love in with him out however, I think it would be a real travesty.

Wow, nice to see Stan Love join S2.

Welcome sir!

Western Conference All-Star reserves: T. Duncan, P. Gasol, R. Westbrook, B. Griffin, M. Ginobili, D. Nowitzki, and D. Williams.

It's prob true. But if not this dude is a troll

Eastern Con: R. Allen, P. Pierce, R. Rondo, K. Garnett, C. Bosh, A. Horford, J. Johnson

You can't complain with any of those selections.

Well now stern gets a choice. Duncan making all star is a crime. Gross.

Any doubt stern picks love?

I hope Stern picks Aldridge as Yao's replacement.

Aldridge and love both play center. Fucking Tim Duncan isn't close to la's level

I don't think Duncan is an All Star this season. More like a life time achievement award. 14 and 9 in 29 minutes. And for everyone that mentions him anchoring his defense, they sure tend to not put him on a team's best post player(LMA) when that player is tearing their team up. That selection sucks. I'd say he deserves it over Manu as well. And maybe over Dirk's 23 and 7. Even Gasol has fallen off after a hot start to the season, and seems like his hot start gets more recognition than LMA's recent hot streak. Oh well.

Fucking Tim Duncan is not a set of words that should ever, ever be uttered.

I have no problems what-so-ever with Timmy Duncan getting the benefit of the doubt for the team with the best record in the league. The man is about as close to an all-time great as you can get - his team is playing fantastic ball and he is the 2nd best player (after Manu) on this team.

i think it's more a reward for the spurs having the best record than a lifetime award for duncan. can't really argue with it on those grounds.

Best record and you get guys in with fairly mediocre stats? That's stupid. I'm all for guys looking at record. And if you are debating two deserving people, you default to better record perhaps. Like when people said Montae should get in over Roy. But, sorry, I know stats aren't everything, but 14 and 9 isn't an all star to me. Especially playing a bit over half a game, and covering guys like Joel for 3/4ths of a game. I respect Duncan and the Spurs as a whole. It's bullshit to me he gets in. He is not at all having an all star year.

Now wojo said Nash will get yaos spot.

Hollinger says scouts don't respect loves game nor do coaches.

This season keeps getting worse. Will the icing onnthe cake be losing to cavs making national headlines?

Oh well. At least LaMarcus gets rest and time to spend with family.

I'm not the one hiding behind a new name

*Edited* and not in danger of losing your job for dropping inside info. There is a reason this wasn't supposed to come out until 7ET. Don't matter what monniker posts what...if you got the right info.

Why didn't Mo Williams make it? He made it two years ago.
