Notice No More National Anthem In Dallas.......

Thanks for confirming your lack of historical knowledge of how and why competitive sports, and especially team sports, were initially conceived, and who organized and supported them for the last several thousand years.

Here's a hint: Military training.

Nope. That's nonsense. That's been the case in some situations, but there's no evidence that that's "why sports was initially conceived" (that's completely unknown, as we only have evidence for the existence of the earliest sports we know of, not the reasoning for their creation) nor is the military "who supported them for the past several thousand years" (unless you think the ancient Greeks and Romans are the only people who participated in sports in world history).

And even if that were true, which it isn't, that has no bearing on professional sports today in the US, which is not about military training nor is it supported by, or organized by, the military.

Feel free to try again. Maybe enlighten us as to what Q thinks about sports.

Ha, I love this part

"And even if that were true, which it isn't...."

I keep reading these posts that act like this is about the national anthem. Let's get past the fact that no one really cares whether it's played or not (except for maybe a handful).]

1. Bullshit. Like the rest of the ridiculous Deep State fictional talking points in your post.

The Star Spangled Banner is the most popular, most revered song in the history of mankind.

People in oppressed countries around the world sing it silently in their heads, dreaming of the day they might taste such Freedom as to be allowed to sing it aloud without fear.

Save that shit for your mom. I served in the military and this has nothing to do with honoring soldiers. I served so people COULD make their own decisions and choices........and rack up the confirmed kills (9 by the way), pay for college and get me a home loan, but that's not the point.

My great grandpa was in WW2 and my grandpa in Korea and they would say the exact same thing. Go away!

I'm gonna call ABSOLUTE AND COMPLETE UTTER BULLSHIT!
It's you that confirmed you have no historical knowledge. Sports and competition were created in the original Greek Olypiads. They had absolutely nothing to do with Military and or Nationalism. Everything to do with slavery and betting.
Please get a clue. Military my ass.

Sorry. Beat me to it. I responded without reading the thread.

Did you get those kills by yourself, or with a group? Was this in combat, or did you catch them during their routine activities?

Night ops and general patrols. Caught guys slipping when they shouldn't have. First thing they teach is to "keep your head on a swivel". They tell you that for a reason FAMS!

Don't worry, maris was looking for his script to say something about how you're not a REAL American because you killed someone while serving, but realized that it totally contradicts what he was saying earlier.

I agree that the Blazers' defense would be a lot better if they used bayonets.
