Agreed.
Tonight is the game. I am sure a lot of you will disagree, and that is cool, but winning game 4 while nice, really doesn't do much. Okay we didn't get swept and didn't allow them to skate with the cup on our ice...that is awesome and certainly counts for something as no one wanted to see that. BUT if we lose tonight and drop the series in 5 games game 4 meant very little then outside of saying instead of getting whipped in a sweep, we were whipped in 5 games.
BUT a win tonight and now we are cooking. Then we would have made it a series again. Then we would have a great chance to force a game 7. Then the Kings feel pressure. So this is the up or down game tonight IMO. We win and we have a series and a real shot to force a coin flip game 7. We lose and honestly game 4 means very little, and losing in 5 means the series overall simply wasn't that close.
For the record I am a person who believe's in number of games tell the overall story. No matter the sport or score of each game if a series goes 4 or 5 games, I just don't consider that a close series. So again to me tonight is what will tell us if we are back in the series and what type of series this is overall.
