Fuck we have to play Houston no matter what. Fuck fuck fuck.

Fuck you NO.

Avery Johnson had a really good point. Why didn't NOR foul when they were up three? They could have put the Spurs on the line for two, and kept a one point lead.

Even if we have to play the Rockets..... We ARE IN THE PLAYOFFS!!!!!!
We can't choose our opponent. WE were going to have to play somebody. Sure, I would rather play New Orleans or San Antonio......but, eh..... I'll take it. Let's go get Home Court. That is all we can control.

Udoka with the reverse jam? We're playing Houston. Well, Houston never gets out of the second round, so maybe we're okay.

Well after looking at the way Houston melted down when it counted and the fact that the Spurs look like their old version, maybe that's not so bad after all? :dunno:

Fuck that noise. I wanted New Orleans. I don't want to see HOU or SA.

The way the Spurs are playing tonight, it looks like we're better off not playing them.

I'd like to thank the basketball gods for not only laughing as New Orleans choked but for giving us Violet Palmer.

What are you talking about? If we win we get the 3rd seed.

Really? I'm sorry, I was mistaken. I was under the impression that SA is now the #3 seed and our choices are the #4 (vs. HOU if we win at home) or #5 (vs. HOU if we lose on the road).

No, the Spurs will, thanks to NO's choke. Division champion is first tie-breaker.

They are guaranteed homecourt, but by virtue of us beating them in the tie breaker we finish ahead of them. No? They'd be fourth, we'd be third.

No, the seeding is based on who is considered ahead in the standings. Division champ doesn't matter if the records are different, but in a tie, division champion is the first tie-breaker. So if Portland wins to end up in a tie with SA, SA wins the tie-break for seeding.
