Oh. I could tell you but I'm not going to ..... because I don't want to!
Shareef was always a PF in Atlanta. Wasn't it Cheeks dumb ass who tried to turn him into a SF? Yup.. Failed experiment...
Don't know. I've never heard Vonleh play the guitar.I don't see a 3 when I see him play. How about this name from the past though...Wayman Tisdale? I see a little bit of Tis in him.
Don't know. I've never heard Vonleh play the guitar.
Mea culpa. You're such a twit. It was the bass
Vonleh a SF? Haha. That's a good one.
He's a Post 4.5 to compliment Meyers' Stretch 4.5![]()
If we adopt the metric system, it'd be a good startBasketball is evolving. Technology progresses at light speed. It used to be just the 4 and the 5. Then in 2014 it was the 4, 4.5, and 5. Now in 2015 it's the 4.5a (Vonleh type) and 4.5b (Leonard type).
I thought one of the knocks was that he didn't have a good motor. So far that's completely inaccurate.
One highlight I did not see in the video from yesterday, was Vonleh diving to the floor after a loose ball. (Happened in the first half) I know that does not sound like much, but we have not seen a lot of that other than Wes.
It also shows some heart and hustle for a guy who has been accused of having a low motor. I am guessing he got that knock because he was thinking too much as opposed to just going out and playing. He seems methodical with his moves as opposed to someone like TRob who needed to slow down at times.
It's on draft express.I've read that Harkless has a low motor, but I must have missed it for Vonleh. You aren't confusing the two, are you? Can you give me a source about Vonleh's low motor?
We were both testing body fat% and weight gain. We started with him being 145lbs/16% and I was at 190lbs/23%. About 4 months in he was at 160-170ish and still 16% fat. I dropped to 177 lbs and 17% body fat.
190*.23 = 43.7
170*.17=30.09
190-43.7 = 146.3 lean mass
170-30.09=139.1 lean mass
So in that 4 months you lost 13 pounds, but in fact ~6 pounds of that was lean body mass. So you lost ~6 pounds of muscle and ~7 pounds of fat.
Your friend:
145*.16=23.2
165*.16=26.4
145-23=122
165-26=139
Your friend put on 17 pounds of lean muscle. I find that hard to believe, but if he just started working out for the first time then it's possible. If he was already close to his genetic peak, then there's no way.

The one with the turbo charger pleaseNow I know what to get you for Christmas.
Magnifier dropped to 177, not 170. When you recalculate your error, you will find that your conclusion reverses.

(third paragraph)Vonleh's most impressive attribute is likely his motor. He runs the court extremely hard, crashes the glass with reckless abandon, and is as committed to his work on the defensive end as we've ever seen from a player this age.
ehhh... He has yet to show anything in the low posthttp://www.draftexpress.com/profile/Noah-Vonleh-6471/
There are several videos on this page, so I ran the Find command, to search for the word "motor." It appears once on the page. If you scroll down to the bottom article, the one which starts with

(third paragraph)
I've seen all his Blazer Summer League games, and he's been just as energetic as the other players. He looks like he'll become a much more versatile/rounded player than Aldridge.
Why thoughI hate Rashad James.
I'm gonna leave this in here because I hate James so much.
Why though
Vonleh said he's spent the summer working on his game and adding muscle to his frame as he prepares for the physical toll of a full NBA season. He said he's been lifting weights and focusing on his upper body while taking creatine to add mass.
"I finished off the season at 240 (pounds); right now I'm at 255, almost 260, but I might try to slim down a little bit more," he said. "I like being quick on my feet."
"I'm going to be going against a lot of grown men – guys stronger than me – so I got to be ready for it."
