In the case of Portland and most large cities, mass transit was successfully introduced in order to encourage gangs from LA to expand to the city.

By the way, what does living and working in a box mean? Does it mean we're not hunter-gatherers?

I've been told that he plays a game trying to ensnare the feeble minded. It makes sense since no one with a rational mind would come up with such outrageous things. I think it's a cruel joke played on his victims.

Gangs form because of a common interest among young men in railroading, so naturally they spread to areas with rail lines. Thus the common gang terms '12-gauge' and 'O-gauge', and it also explains the meaning of the phrase 'steam punk'.

Its ok! I admit to being naive about somethings, it’s a large part of why I’m not part of these conversations. Older I get the more I realize how much I don’t know.
