Does it only speak about that, or does it also speak about Travis play at the SF spot as well?

Frye is a disaster for us. You'd like to showcase him a little, but he just kills us when he's out there.
Remember his rookie year in NY? The guy does some things well, but he's playing out of position here big time. He's really a 6'11" SF. He can be an effective guy coming off the bench for somebody, just not us. I guess you have to send him to the end of the bench, but that makes it even harder to move him. Thing is, he could help somebody. He could be a Robert Horry type - a big man who can shoot and stretch the defense. Horry got to play with Shaq and Duncan, so he wasn't asked to do more than hit jumpers and play a little defense. Couldn't a team like San Antonio use a Channing Frye coming off the bench?
Good thought. He could be an Horry type player. What the heck is his problem?! He is smart. He has high basketball IQ. I don't know what his deal is.
The bad thing about using Travis at PF is that we are going to get killed on the offensive glass. Just watch if he gets extensive minutes there tonight. We did the same thing against Dallas and the Mavs killed us on offensive rebounds and second chance points.

Me thinks he's far too comfortable with the (Portland) lifestyle and not focused enough on the (basketball) life itself.
Therefore, IMO, he needs to - strongly - look at himself in the mirror. It's totally up to him to succeed.......or fail.
I think it's more likely that his ankle surgery has totally thrown him off.
