Dame took a less than ideal shot against Dallas. It wasn't a horrible play; just wasn't a good play.
Harkless made a horrific decision. He should've never had the ball though so plenty of blame to go around. Coaches and teammates should've called a timeout. I guess they must've thought hey we have the ball inbounds lets not risk another turnover inbounding it.

He did that in Dallas. Dame got the ball, dribbled out the clock, missed, and then everyone here bitched about it. THATs the right move. Buzzer beater or overtime. Damn. And we already miss Meyers. His surgery kills our depth and shooting.

Two facts remain:
1) this is far from the first choke job and poor end to a basketball game that we've had this season.
2) the blame starts and ends with Stotts; he's HC, and these are his plays and problems that he refuses to address. There is no excuse for his dumbass schemes and rotations.

Dude, gotta stop whining with this narrative. They had the timeout at the end. The one prior was the one in question, and that too was legit because it was a referee review in which teams went to their huddles, but LA did not get charged for one.

I won't fault you for defending him, but I won't agree with it either.
No, I didn't predict we'd make it to the playoffs. But, in my opinion, that speaks more to the ability of a young team to focus and rally/function cohesively around Damian Lillard and CJ McCollum more than Stott's coaching ability.
