Don't tell anyone I told you. :tsktsk:

It's supposed to be a secret.

I’m not gonna lie, you had me in the first half.

IF it’s true, it must be a ceremonial walk out onto the court for Kobe or something to that effect.

If he actually plays I'll reopen this thread

It's nice to see that Maris has decided to expand the character to the regular forum again.

He's not getting near the attention he thrives for in the OT section as many like myself pretty much ignore much of his nonsense now so it appears he's now searching for it in the Blazer section and doing it by starting trolling threads.

Maris sincerely thought Nurkic was going to play

Sorry to have inadvertently cried wolf.

Here's my pm to CC after the game last night, because the thread was still closed:

Color me embarrassed.

A relative who works for the Blazers told me that Nurkic was returning to work tonight and it was going to be a big surprise. Nurkic was not seen in his usual cheerleading role or anywhere else tonight, indicating he may have been "waiting in the wings".

Maybe the Kobe deal soaking up all the media attention caused them to postpone it, maybe Nurkic didn't feel ready, maybe Stotts didn't want to risk the game...

This is the problem with relying on hearsay/2nd hand testimony.

Good thing I wasn't trying to impeach The President!

I see, so you're saying that Nurk will definitely play next game !

No need to be embarrassed. We're all used to your posting style by now.
Pretty sure everyone on this forum takes everything you post with a grain of salt.

He’s definitely returning February 21st, three game home stretch after the ASB.
