You are blind. You can't disregard the Constitution when it suits you, and expect it to be the guide for the rule of law. You can't flood the labor market with aliens when you already have unacceptable unemployment. You shouldn't ignore the facts in front of you.

41%!?!? Geez that is way over representative of the general population. It's similar in Oregon, 8.2 percent of the prison population is Hispanic, which is about 3x their representation in the overall population of the state. The 8.2 percent Hispanic is the largest minority group in the system and climbing.
Hell, most of them in both state should have been deported before clogging up the system.
