Also probably William Henry Harrison probably never got the chance, at least as president.

And he was actually the true beginning of the "Lincoln Curse". Abe shoulda seen it coming...True. 30 days in office. Apparently giving the longest ever innaugral address in the cold(though 48 degrees farenheit isnt very cold unless your old) led to his killer cold. He was the first president to die in office.
It turns out Barack cheated on his wife barely a month after the birth of his child by his third wife. You haven't heard about it because it was with a porn star whom he paid off for her silence. All this was guaranteed by a contract that he forgot to sign.
Do you think the Right would have said anything about this or thousands and thousands of other misdeeds or would they have buttoned up or made light of it?
I'm pretty sure that since they couldn't get his questionable birth certificate, non-existent college records and admitted heavy illegal marijuana use to make a dent, doing something legal that every (D) President (minus Carter and Truman) since the 20's has done wasn't going to make a dent.
I'm not saying me, I'm addressing Lanny's OP about whether the right would be up in arms about Obama if he did this. And I think that there were far more things that the right was going after Obama about that were illegal (like if he wasn't eligible to be President through citizenship, or if his college records showed him as a "foreign" student, or that his autobiographies show all the pictures of a poor, stoned, C-student-at-best Barry Soetero turning after 7 years into Harvard Law Review editor and dual-Ivy degree Barack Obama when few of his "classmates" even remember him). If they couldn't get those to stick, why would Obama doing something legal in having a mistress (like Gore, and Clinton, and Hart, and LBJ, and JFK, and FDR...) be a huge deal? It's not like the evangelical/family values vote was going to reduce their voting for a pro-choice President whose few public appearances in church were underneath Rev. Wright's teaching.Really, you're a birther? And what's this about non-existent college records?
Didn't I warn you to stay away from Fox News?

None of those things, as I understand it, are illegal.
Jason Whitlock said:He’s a race hustler from Twitter, from the Black Lives Matter movement who stirs racial controversy to elevate himself. Listen, the guy’s been busted. First of all, he’s white and presenting himself as black. He said that as a child in high school he was allegedly attacked by a group of white people because he was black. Well, he wasn’t black and there were people saying that wasn’t why he was attacked and there’s no proof of it. He said that it was the first hate crime in Kentucky or whatever.
“I looked into this all at the time because I interviewed this guy for a job at The Undefeated months ago,” Whitlock said, referring to the microsite he was hired to develop at ESPN. “And after interviewing him I was like, ‘Holy cow.’ There’s so much suspicious, skeptical stuff to this guy that we walked away from this guy and looked into the stories he told us, and we couldn’t find proof of them.”
It’s not the first time King has been accused of faking his race. An item from the New York Daily News, the publication that currently employs King, addressed the situation last year. King denied that he is misrepresenting his race.

I don't know...I think you have a solid Ivy League Law degree in your future. You're already more articulate than many in espousing their arguments!Ah. Got it. I wasn't paying attention again...
Probably I'll get a C in this class and never become president. Oh well.
