Congress? Who needs Congress when the President can just make up any new laws he wants to by EO?

Also, with the obvious lies by Eric Holder regarding his knowledge of the Gunwalker program, this seems like an odd EO, even by Obama's standards.

A few days ago, the Blaze reported on the low-key plans of the Obama administration to increase the penalties for certain gun law violations, and add steps to the background checks for legal gun ownership.

Today the administration’s plans are beginning to come into effect. Through an Executive Order, the Obama administration is implementing new restrictions on the sale of certain weapons in border states, and increasing the penalties for violating certain firearms laws.

Eric Holder and the DOJ (under direction of Obama) is the single largest supplier of illegal arms sales to Mexican drug cartels. These weapons have been used to murder hundreds of civilians and a US Federal Agent in Mexico. Holder/Obama have illegally supplied thousands of assault rifles to these sworn enemies of the US and Mexican governments.

You and I paid for the weapons with our tax contributions, in case you were wondering.

Morally-speaking, we are guilty of involuntary manslaughter of hundreds of nice people we have never met.

Neither Holder nor Obama has the experience or knowledge or understanding of the issue or the 2nd Amendment to be making decisions of any kind about guns. It's like asking a goose to choose the best bid on an interstate highway paving contract.

Add to the mix their gun-running activities designed to create an international drug war of epic proportions solely for political purposes.

ALL Americans and Mexicans should have a problem with this.

Not sure I'd put much into a website ran by or in association with Glenn Beck. But like BP, I don't have a problem with this.
