i just wish the camera view was slightly different, cause we weren't able to see if oden is throwing out his hips at opposing players. but he did look like he was moving much better.
 
2/3 of the way through the video Oden gets the ball turns around and jumps up and jams it in one motion with a guy all over him! What a play!!
 
I really hope he dominates next year so all the haters can be silenced...forever and ever. Amen.
 
I think the best part of that whole video was hearing him yell out on defense, QBing the defense, in a way. He was seeing everything develop from down low, and yelling out to his teammates. I noticed that once or twice in the playoffs last year as well, and it's something you don't see from many other players on our team. LOVE it.
 
Wow. Whoever faked that video of Oden looking good deserves an Oscar. I wonder how they superimposed decent NBA player's heads onto the bodies of Steven Hill, Channing Frye and Shavlik Randolph? Genius. :wink:

I'm starting to think they (Vulcan and the FO) had extra-terrestrial help. Think about it...Vulcan? Hello? Only a species using non-euclidian technology could have achieved that kind of graphical excellence. To take a broken down, bust of a player and make him look like he has elite defensive potential is quite a feat and clearly beyond the abilities of humans.

funny how the spirits of this place change lol. A healthy, hopefully better Oden, is honestly better for us than any Free Agent we could get this summer.

Great vid. Oden seems a changed man. I guess when you're only 21 you can grow alot in a year. I've always loved and backed Greg so this is extra awesome for me. I'm stoked for the team, but even more so for Greg. I'm going crazy waiting for next season!

Just so you know, I never jumped off his bandwagon. Its a shame though, I was kinda enjoying all the extra leg room.

Seriously, dude goes on some road trips with the team, travels to Europe to visit Rudy/Serg/Nic, has access to the team USA practices, writes about the team for a living, and has all of Blazer nation hitting refresh on his twitter page.

Makes my work/education seem meaningless.

Yeah same here, but all are welcome.

I'm gonna toot my own horn and say that last summer I was telling everybody that we won't see the real Greg until the 2009/2010 season, and the best case scenario was March 09. People's expectations are just too high most of the time.

I'm glad to see Greg on the mend and hungry.
 
Video reminds me of former All-Star Jamaal Magloire.

Absolutely, I went nuts when we won the draft. I learned everything I could about him and pretty much sustained a 7 foot mancrush on the bigfella. I've been wanting more then anything to see Greg succeed. Now I want to see it in the regular season and then *sniff* the playoffs.

I cooled on GO near the end of the reg. season. I dropped a few "Greg Odestertag" nicks for GO, but hey... he looked pretty bad. I wanted him prior to the draft, and then was let down this season. Didn't really jump off the bandwagon, though.
