Apparently the player who has most surprised Batum in camp is Crabbe. Of course, the interview didn't say good or bad surprise. And he was standing on the sidelines with Freeland in the video above.

And in case anyone else is curious, Terry Stotts played over seas his entire career, so he did not have a personal connection that I know to the Original Truck.

Not really that surprising when you consider we had 5 rookies on last year's team and at least 3 more this year (counting TRob as a rookie from last year's class).

I'm sure Canzano is trying to make a point about bad drafting, but to me it's more a sign of a good house cleaning to right the ship.
