See I think Baldwin ‘might’ have a higher ceiling than Curry. Curry’s career has been highlighted by injuries and Baldwins still really young so I think its hard to get a good gauge on either player.
I know it was just one game, with one player trying to earn a spot on an NBA roster but that Houston game, Baldwin played defense just incredibly and didnt force bad shots on the other end. If he could sustain that energy then wow he could really help the Blazers.

I think they’re pretty different players and I am interested to see how the guard minutes work out.

Yes.
Right now Portland has 15 guaranteed contacts with 3 camp invites. I'm assuming 2 of the 3 camp invites will get offered 2way contracts before the season

I’ve been thinking about the likelihood of those camp invites getting two ways and I’m leaning towards no. If they ball out, there’s nothing stopping them from going elsewhere. If Portland was serious about them I think they would’ve secured them. Two ways could always be released before the season with no penalty.

Now maybe they like Portland and it all works out, but I don’t think the front office considers any of the three players as likely candidates. Roster cuts will be interesting, Portland will probably be actively scouring.
