Not historicallyI think this misses the point that a lot of people miss.
In the NBA, you need one of the top players in the league to win. Focusing on position or size is a mistake.
Not historically
No. Historically, having your best player being a small pg is not goodAre you saying that historically you don't need one of the best players in the league?

WITHOUT LeBron on the road against the best team in the NBA….losing by 7 sounds about how it should have gone right?the Lake Show looking like the fake show. Mike Conley and the Timberwolves are whoopin' LA in the 4th.
I expected more from a WCF team. It's not my fault the Lakers made wimpy moves in the offseason. Anthony Davis is gonna get worn out carrying that squad.WITHOUT LeBron on the road against the best team in the NBA….losing by 7 sounds about how it should have gone right?
Not to mention roy probably doesn't fall to us at six without the knee injury concerns.BRoy would not have been a multiple time MVP if healthy but he would have been a perennial all star and most likely a perennial all nba level player. Without injury Roy, Oden and Aldridge along with Batum and other role players would have had us playing in multiple championships but Nate Robinson and Jamal Crawford are not reliable sources because they're Seattle guys with ties to Roy. I wish we could have been witness to what that roster that KP put together could have done if healthy but it wasn't to be.
