Joakim Noah just smiled and shook his head in disbelief.
“Kevin Garnett tried to bite me. That’s crazy man. It’s unbelievable,” Noah said. “I don’t even know what to say.”
But then Noah said more about the incident, which rapidly circulated via social media following the Bulls’ victory over the Nets.
“I’m happy he didn’t connect,” Noah said. “If somebody tries to bite you, I think it’s a little bit more than trying to get in your head. It’s pretty amazing.”

At 36 years, 99 days old, Kobe became the oldest to have at least 30p/10a/10r in a game. Previously, it was Larry Bird (35 years, 99 days).

Stat that surprised me: The dunkiest team in the NBA right now is ... Dallas? Mavs had 110 dunks in November. Bucks second with a mere 91

One of my favorite Stotts quotes was in Nov last season after a game when interviewed and he said, "It's great to be winning in November but the goal is to be better in May than November"
He then promptly coached a masterful regular season end game when Aldridge returned and got us over the first hurdle in the playoffs. One game at a time. The only power rankings that even count are the playoff seedings.

Hey this is a great idea Sly. So we can review what we talked about per Month!

Last Week: 5 Home Ls to the Dubs and Grizz dull the shine of Portland's opening month slightly, but they're still in a pretty good place considering the schedule, as promised, is about to get road heavy. Golden State, Memphis, Toronto and these Blazers remain the only teams in the top 10 in both offensive and defensive efficiency.

Bite me.

I'll have animal control come and take you away.

The @Trailblazers have the NBA's fourth-best offense and fifth-best defense. They're the only team to be ranked top five in both categories.

Sweet!

I think our real test will start today. December is a brutal schedule!

There you have it: Tim Duncan and Tony Parker are out tonight in Philly for rest reasons, Spurs announce.

Reason why POR didn't go Drummond and then try to get Dame.

In other words, they will do anything to get rid of Stephenson.

ORLY?

Well, news flash Alex, Portland wanted to draft Anthony Davis 6th and Lillard 11th.

The Blazers would have been scary.

Sheesh.

I got bit by somebody when I was on the wrestling team as a kid. It's one of those "did they really just f'ing do that?" Moments.

So Kevin Garnett is a vampire? That means he'll play in the NBA for a couple of centuries. Maybe he wants to keep Noah around as well. Now this would be a great basketball movie! "Kevin the Vampire" Kevin is a terrible name for a creature of the night though. Joakim, now that's a vampire name!

Kobe may be the first player to 30k/6k... But he only has 20 triple doubles while doing so. That is pretty unimpressive. Lebron currently has 36, Jordan had 28.

He wasn't actually trying to bite him, just having fun. Noah's being melodramatic.
