What a backcourt. Oladipo and Payton. They'll be a contender in a couple years.

Payton and Vucevic are really really good players. Vucevic amazed me last season (I think) with something like 29pts 29 rebounds in a game. The kid can impact a game on both sides of the court.

Now is about the time of year Howard will start dialing out McHale and see if he can get another coach fired

I like your thinking, but I hink its a bit too soon. Wait until they go on a 5 game skid

Before Kingspeed comes in here blaming Josh Smith and his 2-11 for the loss, it should be noted that he was a team-best +10 for the game.

Josh Smith, the guy you want on your team for one out of every half dozen games!

Don't worry he will just post it in his josh smith thread!

Are the Warriors going to win 70? Kerr's been there and he can coach them through it. Also, are Hawks going to the Finals and can any of the West teams beat them? Discuss.

Atlanta's strength of schedule is among the softest in the NBA right now (so is ours, btw)... so yeah I think they are beatable; they're taking advantage of the games they're given. That's what good teams do. But I think the Warriors will beat them in the finals.

But if the GM was smart, he would have found complimentary players. Cleveland has all the pieces to build a perfect team around LBJ. For example: trade Waiters, Thompson and varejo for Hibbert. Then use Kyre for Dragon and Bledsoe. Then package wiggins and filler for Korver.

Starting core of: dragon, Bledsoe, Korver, LBJ and Hibbert is better than what they have now.
Suns wouldn't give up their backcourt for Kyrie Irving.
