Those are all about winning GAMES. The only series winning buzzer beaters I can think of are Stockton, Lillard, and Jordan. There are about 5-7 series winning shots that weren't at the buzzer.

Sorry KS, I just thought big series changing shots in the playoffs and didn't know you had a cap on how long ago

I just read through Riverman's link. The only player to make a buzzer-beater to win a series other than Lillard, Jordan and Stockton was Ralph Sampson in 1986.

They really don't look good at all. I would be surprised if they are a top 5 west team if they play like this throughout the season.

Dude. It all started because someone mentioned Lillard's shot. I said that I had only seen TWO (it turned out to be 3) SERIES WINNING BUZZER BEATING shots in the last 25 years. That's why Lillard's shot is distinctive. Then you bring up all these other shots which aren't even in the conversation. Lillard is one of three in TWENTY FIVE years. Before that, I know of Sampson's shot to win the finals.

Exactly as I thought. That's why Lillard's shot is Special. Lots and lots of people have hit big shots in the playoffs. But Lillard is a series winning buzzer beater. That is incredible and will be talked about for decades.

If OKC is missing Westbrick for a large amount of games, portland will win the division easily

Bump. Can you believe this nonsense? Cavs will coast to number 1 spot? Bulls destroyed the Knicks and the Bulls have a better starting line up and bench than Cavs. Cavs will be lucky to compete for 2 spot.

Thunder fans, we've been there before and still made the playoffs. We beat the Spurs in San Antonio with nothing but Bayless and Juwan Howard to throw at them.

It's a long season, Durant is a good player. I could see him leading them on a big win streak when he gets back.

Giving a 20 game cushion though? If Durant comes back any sooner, he may re-injure that foot. I have no doubt they make the playoffs, but winning the division is a lock

I am also a Dellavadova fan. Of course he isn't their best player, maybe their best team-player.
There's one thing to remember about the Cavs, though, they have a very good coach, probably the best coach Lebron ever had. Blatt is making Lebron play as part of a system, it'll take time getting used to but I think they're still the favorites in the East. I actually like their chances better after this game.
I know Blatt well and I can see exactly what he's doing and I wouldn't bet against him.

But does Platt know the NBA? Does he know all the opposing players and teams? It might take him a couple years to catch up and no, they won't finish higher than the Bulls.

Rubio is awful but Thaddeus Young is a top 20 player in this league. They'll go as far as he can take them.

They are young but actually pretty deep. Not sure Flip is the guy to coach them though
