Re: "OFFICIAL" Around the NBA season Thread

didnt you have a thread about both mo and blake and mo and dame? i thought it was both.

regardless, mo sucks. that much we all know now.

Mo does not suck. He is an All Star who has been the second option on two 60+ win teams.

Re: "OFFICIAL" Around the NBA season Thread

san antonio up 12 at half to the lakers.

this would have been a perfect game for Pop to rest all his guys. he could have played the equipment team out there and still blow them out.

I love it

Phoenix losing as planned. Now we need them to bounce back and win tomorrow.

had been, he is horrible. i'd rather have blake, and it's not even close. the fact that he was defined as good mo and bad mo (and it was mostly bad mo)...

Re: "OFFICIAL" Around the NBA season Thread

What a horrible game to broadcast. Big lol @ ESPN on this one. They should be embarrassed.

Re: "OFFICIAL" Around the NBA season Thread

Is the Northwest the new Central? We have the worst record of any division leader, but are tied for the biggest lead on 2nd place.

Re: "OFFICIAL" Around the NBA season Thread

kobe 1-14. lmao.

Re: "OFFICIAL" Around the NBA season Thread

I kind of hope Lin and Kobe are voted starters. Coaches would likely still vote dame, and it could be just what needs to happen for the league to fix the fan voting bs.

Re: "OFFICIAL" Around the NBA season Thread

we scored more in the first half of the denver game than the l*kers scored all game tonight. how lovingly pathetic they are.

Blazers could be the first team to secure a playoff spot because of that, allowing Stotts to rest key pieces.

Ancient history. Right now, he has a PER = 7.1, FG% = .310, 3FG% = .167 as the No. 8 option on a 2-win team. That's pretty much the definition of sucking.

Re: "OFFICIAL" Around the NBA season Thread

And I wanted Nash. And I wanted lock up Gerald Wallace. And Babbitt.

I didn't want any of those things. In fact, I'm pretty sure I tried to convince you otherwise.

Hibbert and the JV Pacers have been pretty spunky the past couple of games. 61-57 @ CHI right now after beating MIA to go to 3-7

Joe Harris is their new starting SG.

They've been talking about that for weeks.

Man... some of the rookies.... Elfrid Payton has been a huge disappointment. Jabari Parker has been horrible, and I have that fucker on my fantasy team. I'd drop his ass, but I can't afford to take the risk that he'll put it together.

10% of season. ^^

I get that it's early, but Parker does not look like a polished Carmelo Anthony type player at all. A lot of people thought he'd run away with the ROY this year. The problem is that Milwaukee has quite a bit of talent at small forward/power forward. I wonder if he's the next Derick Williams.

Last year's class sucked too. I worry about the future of the NBA.

Nah, Parker is gonna be a Jeff Green level player. Which isn't great but is still pretty damn solid and a good-great 3rd option on a contender.

Is it just me or have a lot of teams been putting up huge scoring nights? I can't remember a month where so many teams have put up 115+ points in a single game. There also seems to be a lot more ridiculous blow outs.
