Gerald Green: 24 pts | 6-11 from three | 26 min.
The missing piece.
Their guard depth is absurd.

Their POINT guard depth, not their shooting guard depth. But, while I think Phoenix might be able to get the most use out of TRob or Will, I don't necessarily want Green. He can shoot, but I'm not convinced he's a Stotts player. Is he smart? Is he unselfish? I don't think so.

I think they're probably shopping Isaiah Thomas like crazy. That was an odd signing from the word go.

If I was Phoenix I would be shopping Dragic. He's gone after the season. The Bledsoe/Dragic experiment isn't working. I think he'll go somewhere that doesn't have two other point guards to share duties with.

Thats .682 ball they need to play.

.600 ball puts us at 52 wins

If we cant play .600 ball and they can play .700 then we dont deserve it anyway

As a point of reference, everyone talks about fast start and how we slowed down last year. From the all-star break on (which includes LMA's injury) we were 18-11 which is .620 ball. That includes a stretch of 13 games where we went 4-9. That streak included a 4 game losing streak and a three game losing streak. So again if we cant play at least .600 ball and/or the Thunder play .700 to .800 ball then we didnt deserve it anyway. Keep in mind this year is with a better bench and a defense that is even better so than the second half of last year.

OKC will still lose games occasionally with Westbrook. I think we have enough of a cushion but I wouldn't tell our players that or want them to believe that.

Some pretty good teams in there including us. Roughly half their games against potential playoff teams

14 games, with a swing of less than 3 wins?

I think Durant is a little more important than that but I guess we will see

Ridiculous how much respect the Thunder are getting. We don't even know if durant and Westbrook are going to be 100% or even if they are improved from last season, yet ESPN is ready to put them in the playoffs. I'm sure they won't lose more than they win but cmon.

Don't underestimate the NBA Ref Factor[sup]tm[/sup]

Damnit this could be just the game the Clippers needed to get into stride. Houston still really does not impress me at all.

Well it's not like the Rockets aren't missing 3 starters and their backup PG. They have been healthy for about 3 games now and still have a great record to show for it and while playing the leagues best defense...

Kobe misses a straight on shot that would've won the game. Wolves give up 119 points and still win. I can't wait for Sunday.

I think that has more to do with the fact they only play 4 playoff teams in that 14 game stretch.

Looks like Charlotte drew the short straw.

64-28 Atlanta up at the half.
