Bro! DeRozen opting out of 28million...... wow!

CP is still very good, but age will catch up to him sooner rather than later. I get the addition, but sure doesnt seem to fit the timeframe of Booker, Ayton, Bridges etc

I suspect it's as much for their development as anything. Prior to the bubble, the Suns' young core hadn't earned much respect for their winning mentality, especially Booker. Now that they've seemingly turned that corner, they should be very receptive to a leader like CP, and he can ingrain good habits up and down the roster.

Btw, no word yet on Hood, that's actually not a good sign, maybe he or his agent is testing the market

No one is going to give him better coming off an Achilles injury. I expect to hear he has opted in soon

I kind of feel for Rubio. He did a really good job for them last season: he helped transform them defensively and adapted his game to suit Booker. I heard a rumor OKC was interested in moving up to take LaMelo Ball - I wonder if he'll be moved as part of that. But I guess they gave him a nice fat contract, so he can't really complain.

I think Rubio would fit really well here. We have needed someone that can push the pace to get some easy points and keep the second unit humming for a long time. He can guard 2s really well too (and play with any of Dame/CJ/Simons/Trent). I'm not sure who it would make sense for us to send out to get him though.

The players wouldn't matter so long as we included a first round pick, because OKC is clearly intent on collecting every single first rounder in the next ten drafts. I have a theory that Sam Presti has snapped and cannot focus on his current team any more, just on an as-yet-non-existent future team.

Fun fact: Millsap was taken in the second round of the Roy/Aldridge draft.
Other fun fact: we tried to steal him from Utah like Wes, only this time they put a crowbar in their wallet and matched.
Not so fun fact: he's fucking old
So are you, but you still bring a lot to the table.

OKC was better than us last season and they are liquidating! Kind of messes with my eternal optimism...
I'm sure they don't see it that way. They are making this SGA and Oubre's team and getting picks that will play with these young stars. That being said they could play small ball Rubio, SGA, Green, Oubre and Adams isn't a bad starting lineup and they have a ton of young players and two first round picks to go with these guys. I imagine they'll also use their MLE to take someone on the young side that makes their bench even better.

Bring back RoLo

I don't know. Looks like he thinks he can get the full MLE. What do we need the most help? Back up center (where Zach can play) or sharting PF? (Where Zach might also be able to play)

OMG... the Blazers continue to sign old cheap players. Gasol, Carmelo and now Millsap... Please help Dame before he ask for a trade. Smh
