Can anyone make me a Carmelo Anthony avatar?

If you can, can you get him a pic of him with the Nugget's jersey. I would like a border and maybe a cool tinted backround if that's possible.

My computer is a little old and I don't have all of those things required to make my own avatar.

Oh yeah, maybe it can have his name in text. Like "Melo" , "Colorado's best."

I would like it as large as possible.

That would be hard to do, to put three players in a 120x150 pixel frame, that's almost impossible. You must be thinking of signatures, go that thread then.
