When you go to a sporting event your seat is defined by the seat number and a letter for your what?
Football, basketball and baseball are all examples of what?

The Blazers aren't broadcasting any pre-season game for some reason.. But luckily the Utah Jazz are broadcasting tonight's game, so surely there will be some way to watch it (I hope )

When the Trail Blazers played a preseason game against the Jazz in Boise in 2013, point guard Damian Lillard said he felt like he had to show something versus Utah guard Trey Burke.

“I felt like, playing against (Burke), I had to set the tone,” said Lillard back on October 12, 2013. “First point guard taken and he’s kind of in a similar situation to what I was coming in, gonna play a lot of minutes and being the starting point guard on an NBA team. When I came in there was guys that was feeling like they needed to show me something and set the tone on me when they played against me because it was my first year and I was the summer league MVP and there was all this hype. Same goes for him. And the next season, the same will go for whoever the next guy is.”

Almost a year later, that “next guy” might be Dante Exum. The rookie out of Australia was the first point guard taken in the 2014 Draft, just a Burke was a year earlier. But after accomplishing so much in his second-season, Lillard seems a bit less interested in such matchups going into this third season. Then again, he’s never been one to shy away from a challenge.

“I’m just going to go out there and play the game,” said Lillard. “If that’s what it turns into, then it’s going to be what it’s going to be, but we’ll see.

Jazz sign Gibson, though the rookie is not expected to play against the blazers. However, he did score 2 points in the Jazz intrasquad scrimmage. The jazz are expected to relase the young Gibson. No word on whether the Blazers are looking to pick him up.

The Blazers actually will be broadcasting the Clippers preseason game. October 12th I believe.

I saw the Book of Mormon up in Seattle two months ago. We had great seats (4th row center) and it was fucking hilarious. To the credit if the Mormon church, they seemed cool with it. Every other page in the program was a full page ad for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and there were real Mormon missionaries outside the theater attempting to recruit new members.
