Amazing that we can't get a fucking coach or GM in here that actually commits to building a team around our best young players and continues to suck off a vet core than has never gotten the team to a finals. Let's list the stupidity so far this season.

1. Taking by far the best third line in hockey which has not been scored upon at even strength this season and breaking them up because your pussy 8 million dollar, perimeter pansy center sucks.
2. Refusing to put Lafreniere, Kakko or Chytil on the first PP unit when we have no lefty shots on the RW or right point. Kreider our only lefty shot stands in front. Any fucking moron could see when you pressure the Rangers PP, they can't do shit because they have no one time option on the entire right side.
3. Scratching our 6'3, 230 lb rookie defenseman and putting another midget out there when we already have Fox who can't seem to play defense any longer.
4. Immediately going back to sucking off Vesey who brings no energy to the 4th line. Do I think Rempe needs to play every game? No. Do I think he needs to play some games? Yes. He energizes the team. Do I think Berard or Othmann if he was healthy should be getting time on the 4th line? Yes. They both are players that bring hitting and energy along with skill.
5. Breaking up the Panarin, Trochek and Lafreniere line which was one of the best lines in hockey last year because our 8 million dollar, perimeter pansy center sucks moose dick.
6. Never scratching our 8 million dollar, perimeter pansy center or Miller who fuck up consistently out on the ice.
7. Not trading Jones or Vesey or perhaps Miller to not only free up roster spots but to acquire extra draft picks or perhaps a new defenseman who is defense first. Love Lindgren but the time to move him is now. I'm sure the jaw is hampering him but this is the age where his injuries will start slowing him down.

Tough to argue with any of this aside from it being hard to understand why the Rangers can't get GM/coach committed to building a cup winning team.
They fucking fire their coach every 2-3 fucking years. No coach worth a damn is going to put up with that. Building a cup winning team isn't like flicking a switch, it takes time and that is one thing this organization seems to have no interest in using. The players are not good enough. I'm a bit surprised that anyone is surprised the Rangers are a whatever team.

1. The core is stale and has proven they are not good enough.
2. Our in over his head Pres/GM did nothing this past summer when it was CRYSTAL CLEAR they needed big core changes.
3. The team actually got worse by losing Gustafsson, Goodrow, Roslovic, and Wennberg, and only adding whatever Smith (2 goals in 12 games).

It was Gallant's fault, now it is Lav's fault, sorry but it doesn't add up, and it is lazy and easy to blame the multiple head coaches. Keep Lav, fire Lav, doesn't matter. Just like I said with Gallant, God could coach this team, and they wouldn't win a Cup. The PLAYERS are not good enough, and the core is stale. We should be talking about Christopher Drury; he is the constant not the head coaches (along with the stale core). He is the biggest issue we have, his lack of balls to make big moves and understand we needed major changes this past summer. Not a second guess, I have been saying it for a long time.

They should trade KK asap and see if they can get an experienced winger who's signed for a few years who has more to offer offensively. Maybe they get a 2nd or 3rd thrown in with it.

Why trade KK. He's one of the few dumb son of a bitches on this team that can play defense. So I read in the Post that our dumb fuck coach benched Lafreniere, Chytil and Kakko most of the third. Yeah, that makes sense because Zibanejad, Fox and Miller have been cluster fucks all season defensively and Lindgren clearly isn't ready to play. That's one of example of why this team will never win a cup. No accountability for vet players and for whatever reason Miller who absolutely should be scratched tonight.

This player stinks, that player stinks, bench this guy, bench that guy, but it's the coach's fault. It simply does not add up. It is not Gallant's fault, it is not Lav's fault, the team isn't good enough, and the Pres/GM who hired them both and kept this core together is the constant. Start putting the focus where it belongs IMO, the man who built the team, refused to make any changes this past summer, and hired Gallant and Lav during his tenure. Drury is in over his head...period.

Good regular seasons, get who they can at the deadline, lose those guys and more when it doesn’t work out in the playoffs and come back with a lesser version of the same team. Drury is up against the cap but you don’t keep going to the same well. Sometimes you even have to make a trade you don’t want to.

Everyone knows my feelings on in over his head Drury, but I have turned on Lav, and think he needs to go also. For starters, I hate the lines the guy uses, and how he doles outs his playing time. It is very frustrating to me.

I don't care if they had a couple of decent games, Zibanejad needs to be a C, play to your strength down the middle. It also makes the team so top heavy when you play Panarin, Miller, and Zibanejad on the same line. I would have Cuylle with Miller, as he did late in the Pens game, I think that duo would work well together.

When your team under-performs this badly, you need to make changes with the Pres/GM and coach, I think. Unfortunately, I doubt Drury is going anywhere, but I do think Lav will be a coin toss after the season, especially when they miss the playoffs.

The fat cat players are dogs, no doubt they have huge responsibility for this mess. That's also where Drury comes in though as he never should have brought them all back, as we know. I think Lav may have the "least" amount of responsibility for this mess, but you cannot underachieve this much and not put responsibility on the coach as well. So moral of the story is they all have to go IMO, including more of the players.
