I have watched every opening Blazer game and I can't remember a worse played game by the Blazers. I think the first year with an expansion team I was just happy to watch the team didn't worry about the score.

1971 was our 2nd season. Our first ever game was a win against Cleveland--I was too young to remember it, but my dad was kind enough to take me. I have a picture of the two of us framed with my ticket stub. My dad had the same photo and stub in his office.

Yeah I realized after I posted that I was forgetting 1970

Man, sometimes I think Roy is too passive. If we're down 20, screw the team, just go at the basket everytime, you'll get calls eventually. >_>

Now he needs an MRI. They saw something or they wouldn't have an MRI. They said the same thing about his knee.

Not necessarily. X-rays and MRIs evaluate different categories. There is some overlap, but it's just another test to make sure they don't mis-diagnose. It'd be irresponsible not to if they weren't 100% sure of what was wrong.

That was God damned embarassing. Add to that Oden's injury. FUCK. I can't go to Staples anymore, almost got in 3 fights on the way back to my car. Fucking pissed. real pissed. I hate this shit.

From MB's blog on Oden's injury:

The latest on this, as of late Tuesday night, is that's a mid-foot sprain, and he'll have it checked Wednesday. Doesn't sound too serious, and that's good news.
