rod Strickland was actually the guy who led us back

Oh, I see. Strickland was a terrific point guard for us (the first time around). Loved his game.

Dunno why we didn't go to the pressure before. We sure love to stay with what wasn't working. Oh well. On to the next game.

The Hawks just have our number. 5 straight wins against us. 2 straight season sweeps. We'll get 'em next year with a healthy Oden. :D

So the team is 4-4 (I think) since the trade, and 1-2 since the contract signing.

Seriously though, we need to find a way to sit Roy. He makes this team worse (especially LA)

5 of the next 6 games are at home. We gotta make hay here.

Dear Portland Trailblazers:

When you get home, please review your (rather generous) NBA contract. You are paid based on the assumption that the regular season is 82 games long, and each game lasts 48 minutes. Just a friendly heads up!

Oh, just FYI - the whole fatigue/injuries/no depth argument has run its course.

Roy makes this Blazer team worse. He might play well for a game here and there, but what he does it take away everything the team has built with Aldridge as the man.

32% shooting :biglaugh:
that was this loss in a nutshell. Atlanta was allowed to play very physical D, but Portland missed a lot of good looks they normally bury. That happens.

I wish Camby was showing some more game by now, hopefully he starts rounding into form in the upcoming homestand.

You can't pin this on Roy. Andre 0-8, Wallace 1-5, Nic 2-8, Rudy 1-6 on 3s. Roy only played 21 minutes, and he had the best +/- of anyone who played meaningful minutes.

Take Camby out.

I am 5'11", 65 years old and the only basketball I have played was a few pickup games in the army; but I truly believe I could not do any worse offensively than Marcus Camby! He is making Joel Przbilla look good!

Roy might play well, but this team plays worse with Roy. This team learned to play without Roy, and it plays better without him.

if this is alarming i dont what is
