EDIT: Fixed it up anyway, dont care if you use it or not, but gives you a bit of choice.

Yeah, NTC if you want you can take the next sig request, your ish has gotten really good. Sorta be like a tryout to be on staff.

aiight I'll take this then. Just with the avatar, do you want the whole thing sized down? Or do you just want a part of it? (eg. The back of Shaqs jersey, just Kobe etc.)

EDIT:

Oh also, are you sure you want #8 for Kobe? Because he had changed to #24 now.
 
Well I was thinking for the avatar, it could be just Shaq's jersey's number at the background of the avatar with Kobe's image moreso "shining" in the foreground to signify that the past is over and done with, you know?

I guess you can use just Shaq's last name and half of Kobe's body...as long as Shaq's jersey is still in the picture, it's all good.

Now, with the signature, feel free to tell me if there is anything you want added/changed. I know that some of the stuff you requested isnt on there, I PM'd you about the photo you wanted me to use, and how it wouldnt really have worked well (it either would have been far too small if I used the entire image, or it would've lost its effect if I had've used a bigger version of it, which I tried, I cut it and everything, but it looked stupid).

I did 2 avatars, one with colour throughout, and one with the colour (and focus) on Kobe, so a bit of choice for you. Also again, dont hesitate to ask me to change anything.
 
Any update on my Rodeny Carney request? On page 11?

Wow, thanks a lot for hooking me up with the avy and the sig. Not only did you finish that in a day, but that's some pretty impressive work. Thanks a lot, man.

In terms of the sig, I think I'll use the one you made for now until you get to use the image I PM'd you about to make another one (by just replacing the main image on this one with the one I sent). Let me know if that's workable or not.
