Also funny how the LA MEDIA WHORES and Screamin' A want to make Portland out to be an irrelevant franchise, but ever notice how they sell out their Cox Pavilion SL games and there are wholesale seats avail. for other games. They're always one of the bigger draws.

I see him as a PF as well. He will fit nicely next to Nurk. But late in games against teams like GS, I see him in the middle. He is quick for a center and can block shots. I think he got closer to 5 blocks today then the 3 they gave him credit for. (he had 2 early and one late, but they gave him zero in the 3rd where it looked like he had 2 more)
 
We look good. I 'm still upset about Davis being gone but I think A LOT of you are selling Caleb short. He does do many things Ed can't do. He was literally playing point on a few possessions. That lob to Simons was lovely.
 
Grayson Allen is like that punk who got noticed for his punkiness and now he believes the hype and thinks he's a higher level punk than he really is. He thinks he's in the NBA to be Bill Laimbeer. He's going to get a rude awakening when he does his punk act to someone like Marcus Smart.

Plus, he looks way too much like Ted Cruz.

I agree with that, in a small ball sitch. That block , late, he got called for a foul on, looked like a good block.

You've been hating on him since day one. You were literally upset with the pick and even though he's the hardest worker in that draft and has shown massive improvement his entire career, you still say he's never going to be good.

Stop hating.

Agree. You guys know I liked Pat. But, I'm not dumb. He was a good glue player that belonged in the NBA mainly because he really put forth maximum effort. Trent Jr and the signing of Seth Curry really make Pat completely obsolete. Not upset at all. Pat was also pretty much at his NBA ceiling, while Trent Jr can still make huge strides, potentially.

How has he shown "massive improvement over his entire career"? He's played one season, and barely played. I don't see the "massive improvement you claim".

"Hater/Hatin" is overused bro. So many kids use that word in such a silly context. I don't "hate" the guy because I think hes a below-average average 3pt shooter.

My impression in your case Bones is you don't hate the kid...you just thrive on any Olshey failure that you've questioned...sort of like you anticipate a reason to say..."I told you so...Olshey is an idiot!" What you don't get to cash in on is telling forum members to get out of here over a disagreement about it. It was an interesting start to summer league....I enjoyed it.
