Im of the thinking that the reason most politicians wouldn't like term limits is because it limits their financial benefit, which shouldn't be motivator to remain in office. Government officials are suppose to be civil servants in their callings. lol

I don't care why politicians like it or don't like it, I only care whether I, the voter, like it or not.

I'm very liberal with my wife's family since nearly all of mine are gone now but my wife is tight. I guess she remembers when we were poor and nobody lifted a finger to help us. I'm more the forgiving sort besides, how could I blame my nieces or my great niece or great nephew?

I don't really care for their coffee. If you want good coffee I urge you to try Boyd's coffee, a Portland company that's older than me. Maybe not as old as Marzy, but then what is. I know basalt rocks younger than Marzy.
Boyds is served at the Original Pancake House and at the Old Spaghetti Factory.

I took my son downtown PDX today because there are two stores he wanted to see (he’s a big time shoe kid, like air Jordan’s etc). I was disgusted. The entire area was tents, homeless people drinking and smoking and screaming at people. I don’t understand why it’s so hard to address. It’s getting worse, not better. Tents on sidewalks. Not even trying to be discrete anymore. How is that possible?

I am no expert on this but there are obviously many different reasons for it in general and some things are the blame of big liberal run cities.

I don't mean that the big cities cause them to be homeless but their policies attract them from all over the country.

We can argue on the cause all day but the main thing to remember is our freedoms in this country. Stop and Frisk was for a good cause as stated but it was and is clearly unconstitutional.

Throwing money at the problem doesn't seem to help. I think I read recently that someone had the idea of leasing a cruise ship or something to house them in Oakland. Maybe I just read the plot to a crappy zombie movie because that's what it sounds like to me.
