OT OKC or Detroit?

Who do you think will make some noise in a few years? I like the players more on Detroit, but with all the picks and talent OKC is getting, I think they will be special.

15 first round picks and 10 2nd round picks between 2023 and 2027

Detroit Pistons

PG: Cade Cunningham
SG: Jaden Ivey
SF: Saddiq Bey
PF: Isaiah Stewart
C: Jalen Duren

Bench: Marvin Bagley III (if they keep him)

4 1st round picks and 4 2nd round picks from 2023 through 2027

Both of these teams will have room to manuever with since most of their players are cost controlled right now.

OKC could be scary in another year or two.

Pistons will contend for play-in this year. I don’t know about OKC because they may tank again.

Like both, but Detroit. Cade is my top guy out of the group and think their talent makes a lot of sense together. Would like to see them get a vet spacing pf though. Stewart is definitely not a PF. Duren's mobility might him and Olynyk work for stretches...

Also think Shai has a decent chance to be moved in the next year or so.

OKC has a million picks - how many will actually convey?

Side note: There was an article about how OKC having that many picks can actually "hurt" them. They're going to have to "overpay" on some trades solely to get out of some of those picks because you only have so many roster spots.

Anyways, that OKC lineup doesn't look very good.

Detroit and it's not particularly close IMO.

Although they're both poverty franchises so I'm not expecting much from either.

I know this isn't playing the game but either team could pop and either team could flop. Given their history I would think it's most likely that they both flop but I like the collection of talent that Detroit has put together on that roster and think they'll be the more exciting team to watch.
