They are both RFA's which mean they don't have to sign with Vegas if taken. They basically can tell Vegas to go f themselves. Vegas will be interviewing players they want to sign. I expect a lot of players to tell them they have no interest playing for a team that will suck for 5 years. To me the only players that will want to play there are guys who don't like where they are. Players that hate their coach. Feel they aren't being played enough. Don't like their system.

I'm not sure if they can go to play in Europe. I didn't find anything which states the player can just not sign a contract and play overseas. I would assume they can agree to never sign with that team.
