The new forum software doesn't have reps. Instead it has likes and trophies.

But your current rep points will transfer over and will be applied to trophies!

This will be your final chance to rake up those points.

My new super mod status allows me to give out unlimited rep so as long as you rep this post first, every post you make in this thread that says something nice about the Blazers, Ducks or me will be rep'd!

Happy New Year!

I must spread some rep around before I rep SlyPokerDog again.

Neil Olshey is a GREAT GM. He added a starting center and improved our bench without giving up anything significant. Adding Robin Lopez ended all the idiotic talk of trading LaMarcus Aldridge for future picks and tanking. Aldridge will be a Blazer for life. Winning is always more fun than losing - for both the players and the fans!

Terry Stotts is a GREAT coach. Last year he gave the team an offense that was high scoring, exciting, fun to watch and won the team 54 games and a trip to the second round of the playoffs for the first time in 14 years.

And this year he has the team playing GREAT defense (currently ranked third in Opp scoring and second in DRtg).

We are in first place in our division with a 10 game lead over OKC, ranked in the top 3 in all the Power Rankins and on pace to win a franchise record 65 games.

LaMarcus Aldridge is a GREAT power forward. He is currently 8th in the league in scoring and 8th in rebounding. He is the only player in the league to be in the top 8 in both categories. Suck on that Kevin Love fan boys!!!

Man it sure was nice having him back too! You forget how essential he is to our cause after a few wins without him. He was hero of the game for me.

Damian Lillard is a bonafied superstar in his 3rd season. He was ROY in his first year, an all star in his second and he just keeps getting better! He hit the series clinching shot against Houston and just keeps hitting big shots at the end of close games. He is 10th in the league in scoring, averaging a career best 21.9ppg.

LaMarcus Aldridge and Damian Lillard are the best Big 2 in the league. We are the only team with two players in the top 10 in scoring, and their games mesh perfectly. When Aldridge is beasting down low and drawing the double team, it creates open looks for Lillard (and others) on the perimeter. When Aldridge draws his defender away from the basket with his midrange game, it creates opportunities for Lillard to penetrate and finish at the rim. This makes them the best 1 - 2 combo in the league.

They are the modern Stockton and Malone: a Modern PF with a ranged game, and a Modern PG with a scoring game. I LOVE 'EM!

Wesley Matthews is a stud. He is a lock down physical defender that leads the entire league with 101 made 3-pointers (Lillard is tied for second with Kyle Korver at 91). He is an ironman that is averaging a career best 16.8 ppg on a career best 16.5 PER.

3 other teams have two of the league's top 15 scorers: MIA--Wade/Bosh @ 6 & 12; GSW--Curry/Thompson @ 9 & 14; CLE--James/Irving @ 2/15.

But Portland is the only team with two scorers in the top 10 (LA @ 8, Dame @ 10).
