One more reason to hate rednecks.

The guy says he is "offended at Obama running for president." Let the implications of that sink in for a minute. There is no way to spin that statement to make it anything but a confession of racism.

I encountered a redneck a few weeks ago (rednecks are rare where I am so I usually remember them all). He was sitting at a bus stop and I was nearby, having a conversation with a friend. My friend was saying that she didn't like either candidate, and she wished Hillary was the Democrat on the ticket. The redneck heard us a chimed in, "heh, there's still a good chance for that...Obama could get shot." I just looked at him and could tell he was a piece of trash, so I just ignored him. So then, I told my friend that Obama and Hillary's policies are essentially the same and asked why she liked Hillaryt, but doesn't like Obama. The redneck decides to chime in again, "well I can give you one reason, and you're not gonna like it too much!" I was like, "oh yeah? what's that?". "Because Hillary ain't no n*****."

Maybe he doesn't think he has the experience? Or maybe he doesn't like his socialist agenda?

Xericx...the redneck said OFFENDED, not "I disagree with Obama" or " I hate his proposed policies"...big difference.

Any other words exchanged after his last comment? I wish you could punch people in the face that are really stupid and use that as a legal excuse.

The weird thing for me is that I grew up a "redneck," bucking hay, flood irrigating pastures, making bulls into steers, etc. and I sometimes forget how rampant and blatant the racism is when you get into the more rural parts of the country. Hell it was like this in Southern Oregon where I grew up, but the attitudes aren't all that different from the rural south -- certainly not universal, but very common.

If it walks and talks like a duck then its probably a duck.

He's a duck
